Terms and Conditions

Please review these Terms carefully as they serve as an enforceable contract between us and contain important information about your legal rights, remedies, and obligations.
You may not access or use the Services or create an account for unlawful purposes. Your use of the Services and your behavior on our platform must comply with applicable local and national laws or regulations of your country. You are solely responsible for the knowledge of and compliance with such laws and regulations that are applicable to you.
IWA does not sell the Service to children, but only to adults who can purchase the Service with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under eighteen (18) years of age, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent, legal guardian, or at the direction of your School. Your School may impose additional policies regarding the use of the Service, with which you must comply.
If you open an IWA account to provide the Service to students in a School, you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of the School with the authority to bind the School to this Agreement, and that you agree to this Agreement on the School’s behalf.
By accessing or using the Service, or by clicking a button or checking a box marked “I Agree” (or something similar), you signify that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Agreement”), and to the collection and use of your information as set forth in our Privacy Policy, whether or not you are a registered user of our Service. IWA reserves the right to modify this Agreement so long as it provides notice of these changes to you as described below.
Subscriptions and Refunds:
During your subscription to a Subscription Plan, you get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license from us to access and view the content included in that Subscription Plan via the Services. All subscriptions are for 365 days. There is no monthly, weekly, or daily subscription plan. A subscription is valid for one user only, AND on one electronic device only. The subscription fee will be listed for each course or bundle of courses. There are several samples of lessons, practices, educational games, and exams to give our valued customers insight on the subscription for a course or a bundle of courses.
In the case that a valued user registers in the wrong grade level or class, then IW Academy will be glad to correct the course level based on the user request.
In the case that a valued user registers in a course or grade level but in the wrong instruction language (Arabic vs. English), IW Academy will be glad to change the instruction language based on the user request.
After successful payment, the user’s purchased course or bundle will be activated within 36 hours. The duration of access to the purchased subscription will be 365 days after the registration date. After that, the user will not be able to access the learning material. However, the user will continue to have access to the website without access to the learning material.
All fees paid for a subscription are final and nonrefundable. Renewal of subscription is not automatic.
For a particular course or subject, if a user completes 80% of the lessons, practices, educational games, and exams, the system will automatically generate a certificate of completion for that particular course or subject.
To subscribe to a Subscription Plan, you must provide a payment method. By subscribing to a Subscription Plan and providing your billing information during checkout, you grant us and our payment service providers the right to process payment for the then-applicable fees via the payment method we have on record for you.
A subscription is valid for one user only, on one electronic device only. An electronic device can be one of the following: smart phone, laptop, desktop, or tablet. Signing in to the website from multiple devices is not permitted. Signing in to the website can be done on one device at a time.
The website content can be viewed from any Internet browser, including Microsoft Windows operating system, iOS, or Android. To use the Service, you must obtain access to the Internet through devices that access web-based content, and pay any service fees or other costs associated with such access. In addition, you must provide all equipment necessary to make such connection to the Internet, including a computer and modem or other access device.
If you are below this age of consent to use online services, you may not create an IWA account. We encourage you to invite a parent or guardian to open an account and help you access the right content and level for you. It is the responsibility of the parents or school staff who are above 18 years old to register their kids or students in our website and make any payments for subscriptions.
When users cancel or close their accounts, all their data will be deleted automatically and permanently.
IWA SERVICES
The Service helps its users to learn and practice various subjects including mathematics, language arts, science, Arabic language, and Islamic Studies. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new or improved features to the Service shall be provided subject to this Agreement. You understand and agree that the Service is provided “as-is” and that IW Academy assumes no responsibility for any mistakes, errors, or omissions, including any unavailability of the Service or deletion or loss of any data relating to the Service.
IWA grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right and license to use the Service. You agree that you will not copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, grant a security interest in or otherwise transfer any right in the Software. You agree not to modify the Software in any manner or form, or to use modified versions of the Software, including (without limitation) for obtaining unauthorized access to the Service. You agree not to access the Service by any means other than through the interface that is provided by IWA for use in accessing the Service.
In consideration of your use of the Service, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service’s registration form (such information being the “Registration Data”) and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or IWA has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, IWA has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof).

We, at IW Academy, know that our users care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy very seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our Privacy Policy. By visiting or using IW Academy website and domain name IW-academy.com and any other linked pages, features, content, or any other services we offer from time to time by in connection therewith (collectively, the “Website”), you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy, and you hereby consent that we will collect, use, and share your information in the following ways.
This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information- personal information- that we gather when you are accessing or using our website. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage. Information you choose to disclose publicly on the website (i.e., information which is viewable to other website users) will not be considered personal information.
IW Academy does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to register. If you are under 18, please do not attempt to register for the Website or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under the age of 18 may provide any personal information to the Company or on the Website. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 18 without verification of parental or school consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Only parents, teachers, tutors, relatives, or school administrators, who are above 18 years old are allowed to register into the site for their kids or students.
What Information Does IW Academy Collect?
We gather various types of personal information from our users, as explained more fully below. We may use this personal information to personalize and improve our services, to allow our users to set up a user account and profile, to contact users, to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, to analyze how users utilize the website, and as otherwise set forth in this privacy policy. We collect the following types of information.
We receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us. For example, during registration for evaluation or in our system, we collect personal information such as your name, user name, email address, IP address, nationality, country, grade level, and third-party account credentials (for example, your log-in credentials for your IWA Account). We also conduct information such as lessons you have completed, or a practice, or an educational game or an exam. This information is used to generate the certificate of completion for the course and show you the progress in your coursework. We will not collect any identification documents, such as ID, Passport, etc.
We may collect other personal information you provide us through your use of our services, such as your email and communication with us, these communications will be stored and not be shared with other website users.
We may contact you, by email or other means; for example, we may send you promotional offers on behalf of other businesses or communicate with you about your use of the Website. The material is generic and informational in nature and does not rely on any behavioral or personal information (such as how well a student is performing in a curriculum) to provide targeted advertising to students.
If you do not want to receive email or other mail from us, please indicate your preference through your account settings. Also, we may receive a confirmation when you open an email from us. This confirmation helps us improve our service.
Share Any Of My Information It Receives: We neither rent nor sell your Personal Information to anyone.
Changes To This Privacy Policy: We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time.
